A major focus at the Pluim Group is our values and ethics, we are a Christian family owned and operated group who believe how we interact with both our clients and our subcontractors defines us.

We believe that everything we do has to have a positive impact on all we have contact with, in all our projects we focus on co-operative contracting to better deliver our product with minimum fuss and as small a impact on the clients operations as possible.

Further to this the Pluim group staff family have a passion to try to give back as much as possible to the community through aid & charity organisation assistance, both Graham Allen & Lindsay Bush have spent and continue to spend a great deal of their time in helping with the construction requirements on aid project & community development project assistance in 3rd world countries.
